Fatmawati (Niniek L Karim), a chatty 70-year-old grandmother, lives with her son Aditya (Lukman Sardi), lecturer, daughter-in-law Salma (Cut Mini), and two grandchildren (Kevin Julio, Alexa Key). Fatmawati always prides Aditya, until the moment of knowing that she will be sent to nursing home. This made her very upset and flees from home. On the way she sees a photo studio “Forever Young”, and intends to take a photo for her funeral someday. After taking pictures, Fatmawati turns into 50 years younger. Fatmawati starts a new life and changes her name to Mieke, like the name of her idol artist Mieke Wijaya. Mieke gets a chance to reach her dream of becoming a singer, something she could not do as a young woman. The uniqueness of Mieke with her talking style and tastes that still resembles a 70-year-old grandmother makes three men fall in love with her: a music producer (Morgan Oey), her grandson, and Hamzah (Slamet Rahardjo) who loves her since they are young. An event occured. Mieke must choose to continue her new life, or return to Fatmawati.
